Presentation: "How The Internet Really Works, and Security Pitfalls to Watch Out For." by Matt Miller

We are excited to have Engineer Matt Miller from Disruptive Solutions present on: How the Internet really works, and security pitfalls to watch out for!

Matthew Miller is cyber security and networking subject matter expert. He currently wears a software engineer hat at Disruptive Solutions, LLC and works on a malware forensics platform. Previously, Matthew served in the United States Navy and Special Operations for eight years conducting cyber operations for various missions including counter-terrorism. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and various certifications including CISSP, GPEN, GPYC, and RHCSA.

Thanks to everyone who attended our last MeetUp. We had over 40 people, and we maxed out the room again (sorry!). By popular demand we are moving back to "The Plus" for our next MeetUp. Much more room, $5 Pizza, and Beer!

What: Lets get together, hang out, learn something new, and chat about Information Security.

Where: The Plus. 208 S Barstow St, Eau Claire, WI 54701. $5 Pizza Buffet. There is beer!

When: Monday, March 5th! Mingling will start at 6 PM. There will be an information security presentation at 6:30 PM. Followed by more mingling.
